Glazed ceramic cups which resembled mangrove plants were made by Rao in 2024.  The cups were made at ceramicist Thomas Luis' studio in Goa, India. The cups were made alongside learning about the history of cashew feni, a Goan drink made with the cashew fruit introduced by Portuguese colonialists who brought it to India from Brazil, paralleling mangrove dispersal.
